The Debian project is proud\nto be able to support its old distribution for such a long time and\neven for one year after a new version has been released.\n\n\n\n\nThe Debian project has released Debian GNU/Linux 5.0 alias 'lenny' on\nthe 14th of February 2009. Users and Distributors have been given a\none-year timeframe to upgrade their old installations to the current\nstable release. Hence, the security support for the old release of\n4.0 is going to end in February 2010 as previously announced.\n\n\n\n\nPreviously announced security updates for the old release will continue\nto be available on security.debian.org.\n\n\n\n","modified":"2022-07-04T02:00:32.058575Z","published":"2010-01-20T00:00:00Z","withdrawn":"2024-05-15T05:36:14.091056Z","schema_version":"1.7.3"}
