{"id":"CVE-2026-32126","summary":"OpenEMR: Inverted ACL Condition in CDR ControllerRouter Allows Any Authenticated User to Modify/Delete Clinical Rules and Plans","details":"OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.0.0.1, an inverted boolean condition in ControllerRouter::route() causes the admin/super ACL check to be enforced only for controllers that already have their own internal authorization (review, log), while leaving all other CDR controllers — alerts, ajax, edit, add, detail, browse — accessible to any authenticated user. This allows any logged-in user to suppress clinical decision support alerts system-wide, delete or modify clinical plans, and edit rule configurations — all operations intended to require administrator privileges. This vulnerability is fixed in 8.0.0.1.","aliases":["GHSA-752v-x6m4-6cf8"],"modified":"2026-03-15T14:54:39.944333Z","published":"2026-03-11T20:52:16.094Z","database_specific":{"cna_assigner":"GitHub_M","osv_generated_from":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/32xxx/CVE-2026-32126.json","cwe_ids":["CWE-862"]},"references":[{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/32xxx/CVE-2026-32126.json"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/openemr/openemr/security/advisories/GHSA-752v-x6m4-6cf8"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-32126"}],"affected":[{"ranges":[{"type":"GIT","repo":"https://github.com/openemr/openemr","events":[{"introduced":"0"},{"fixed":"772513b42925374c6a471c770cdfbee8d5eb933f"}]}],"versions":["v2_7_2","v2_7_2-rc1","v2_7_2-rc2","v2_7_3-rc1","v2_8_0","v2_8_1","v2_8_2","v2_8_3","v2_9_0","v3_0_0","v3_0_1","v8_0_0"],"database_specific":{"source":"https://storage.googleapis.com/cve-osv-conversion/osv-output/CVE-2026-32126.json"}}],"schema_version":"1.7.5","severity":[{"type":"CVSS_V3","score":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:L"}]}
