Prior to 8.0.0.1, track/item names from the Track Anything feature are stored from user input (POST) and later rendered in Dygraph charts (titles/labels) using innerHTML or equivalent without escaping. A user who can create or edit Track Anything items can inject script that runs when any user views the corresponding graph. This vulnerability is fixed in 8.0.0.1.","aliases":["GHSA-244w-vxhp-7x99"],"modified":"2026-03-15T14:54:40.164918Z","published":"2026-03-11T20:51:32.276Z","database_specific":{"cwe_ids":["CWE-79"],"cna_assigner":"GitHub_M","osv_generated_from":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/32xxx/CVE-2026-32125.json"},"references":[{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/32xxx/CVE-2026-32125.json"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/openemr/openemr/security/advisories/GHSA-244w-vxhp-7x99"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-32125"}],"affected":[{"ranges":[{"type":"GIT","repo":"https://github.com/openemr/openemr","events":[{"introduced":"0"},{"fixed":"772513b42925374c6a471c770cdfbee8d5eb933f"}]}],"versions":["v2_7_2","v2_7_2-rc1","v2_7_2-rc2","v2_7_3-rc1","v2_8_0","v2_8_1","v2_8_2","v2_8_3","v2_9_0","v3_0_0","v3_0_1","v8_0_0"],"database_specific":{"source":"https://storage.googleapis.com/cve-osv-conversion/osv-output/CVE-2026-32125.json"}}],"schema_version":"1.7.5","severity":[{"type":"CVSS_V3","score":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N"}]}
