{"id":"CVE-2026-29046","summary":"TinyWeb: HTTP Header Control Character Injection into CGI Environment","details":"TinyWeb is a web server (HTTP, HTTPS) written in Delphi for Win32. Prior to version 2.04, TinyWeb accepts request header values and later maps them into CGI environment variables (HTTP_*). The parser did not strictly reject dangerous control characters in header lines and header values, including CR, LF, and NUL, and did not consistently defend against encoded forms such as %0d, %0a, and %00. This can enable header value confusion across parser boundaries and may create unsafe data in the CGI execution context. This issue has been patched in version 2.04.","aliases":["GHSA-r3gf-pg2c-m7mc"],"modified":"2026-04-10T05:41:30.314922Z","published":"2026-03-06T02:54:11.026Z","database_specific":{"osv_generated_from":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/29xxx/CVE-2026-29046.json","cwe_ids":["CWE-114","CWE-20","CWE-74","CWE-93"],"cna_assigner":"GitHub_M"},"references":[{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/29xxx/CVE-2026-29046.json"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/maximmasiutin/TinyWeb/security/advisories/GHSA-r3gf-pg2c-m7mc"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-29046"},{"type":"FIX","url":"https://github.com/maximmasiutin/TinyWeb/commit/53aa8b6e5146491d7be57920e3fc50d7a34e4d5a"}],"affected":[{"ranges":[{"type":"GIT","repo":"https://github.com/maximmasiutin/tinyweb","events":[{"introduced":"0"},{"fixed":"6db65cbca13cceb1f28516fc821d0134e426cc0c"}]}],"versions":["1.98","v1.95","v1.96","v1.97","v1.98","v1.99","v2.03"],"database_specific":{"source":"https://storage.googleapis.com/cve-osv-conversion/osv-output/CVE-2026-29046.json"}}],"schema_version":"1.7.5","severity":[{"type":"CVSS_V4","score":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:H/VA:L/SC:N/SI:H/SA:L"}]}
