{"id":"CVE-2026-28497","summary":"TinyWeb: Integer Overflow in `_Val` (HTTP Request Smuggling)","details":"TinyWeb is a web server (HTTP, HTTPS) written in Delphi for Win32. Prior to version 2.03, an integer overflow vulnerability in the string-to-integer conversion routine (_Val) allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to bypass Content-Length restrictions and perform HTTP Request Smuggling. This can lead to unauthorized access, security filter bypass, and potential cache poisoning. The impact is critical for servers using persistent connections (Keep-Alive). This issue has been patched in version 2.03.","aliases":["GHSA-rp8j-cx7r-mw9f"],"modified":"2026-04-10T05:41:16.497846Z","published":"2026-03-06T02:51:59.046Z","database_specific":{"cwe_ids":["CWE-190","CWE-444"],"osv_generated_from":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/28xxx/CVE-2026-28497.json","cna_assigner":"GitHub_M"},"references":[{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelistV5/tree/main/cves/2026/28xxx/CVE-2026-28497.json"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/maximmasiutin/TinyWeb/security/advisories/GHSA-rp8j-cx7r-mw9f"},{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-28497"},{"type":"FIX","url":"https://github.com/maximmasiutin/TinyWeb/commit/d2edd0322c3d74beee0a6c0191299b8946695d4e"}],"affected":[{"ranges":[{"type":"GIT","repo":"https://github.com/maximmasiutin/tinyweb","events":[{"introduced":"0"},{"fixed":"d2edd0322c3d74beee0a6c0191299b8946695d4e"}]}],"versions":["1.98","v1.95","v1.96","v1.97","v1.98","v1.99"],"database_specific":{"source":"https://storage.googleapis.com/cve-osv-conversion/osv-output/CVE-2026-28497.json"}}],"schema_version":"1.7.5","severity":[{"type":"CVSS_V4","score":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N"}]}
