{"id":"CVE-2018-10189","details":"An issue was discovered in Mautic 1.x and 2.x before 2.13.0. It is possible to systematically emulate tracking cookies per contact due to tracking the contact by their auto-incremented ID. Thus, a third party can manipulate the cookie value with +1 to systematically assume being tracked as each contact in Mautic. It is then possible to retrieve information about the contact through forms that have progressive profiling enabled.","aliases":["GHSA-vfxj-qg93-7wwc"],"modified":"2026-08-07T15:11:20.659500Z","published":"2018-04-17T20:29:00.410Z","references":[{"type":"ADVISORY","url":"https://github.com/mautic/mautic/releases/tag/2.13.0"}],"affected":[{"ranges":[{"type":"GIT","repo":"https://github.com/mautic/mautic","events":[{"introduced":"41ced3a8454de4950c7da4c81291993737783930"},{"last_affected":"513c1268d3ce3345e9b6d0953a9098e77428abf5"},{"introduced":"0eca57e56f026e197e92d6503d775638c5c9beff"},{"fixed":"5416ecb1fa7cd28d7a90fedd435227466dd1d27d"}],"database_specific":{"cpe":"cpe:2.3:a:mautic:mautic:*:*:*:*:*:*:*:*","extracted_events":[{"introduced":"1.0.0"},{"last_affected":"1.4.1"},{"introduced":"2.0.0"},{"fixed":"2.13.0"}],"source":["CPE_RANGE","REFERENCES"]}}],"versions":["2.12.2","2.12.1","2.10.1","2.12.0","2.11.0","2.10.0","2.10.0-beta","2.9.2","2.9.1","2.9.0","2.8.2","2.8.1","2.8.0","2.7.1","2.7.0","2.6.1","2.6.0","2.5.1","2.5.0","2.4.0","2.3.0","2.2.1","2.2.0","2.1.1","2.1.0","2.0.1","2.0.0","1.4.1","1.4.0","1.3.1","1.3.0","1.2.4","1.2.3","1.2.2","1.2.1","1.2.0","1.1.3","1.1.2","1.1.1","1.1.0","1.0.5","1.0.4","1.0.3","1.0.2","1.0.1","1.0.0"],"database_specific":{"source":"https://storage.googleapis.com/cve-osv-conversion/osv-output/CVE-2018-10189.json"}}],"schema_version":"1.8.0","severity":[{"type":"CVSS_V3","score":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N"}]}
