{"id":"AZL-92349","summary":"CVE-2026-57216 affecting package rabbitmq-server for versions less than 3.13.7-8","details":"RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6, AMQP 0-9-1, AMQP 1.0, and Stream Protocol authentication can allow a loopback-restricted user such as guest to connect remotely when traffic is accepted through a trusted PROXY-protocol path and the backend listener is loopback-bound because the loopback check uses the listener-side socket address instead of the real client source. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6.","modified":"2026-08-31T05:26:27Z","published":"2026-07-10T21:16:58Z","upstream":["CVE-2026-57216"],"references":[{"type":"WEB","url":"https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-57216"}],"affected":[{"package":{"name":"rabbitmq-server","ecosystem":"Azure Linux:3","purl":"pkg:rpm/azure-linux/rabbitmq-server"},"ranges":[{"type":"ECOSYSTEM","events":[{"introduced":"0"},{"fixed":"3.13.7-8"}]}],"database_specific":{"source":"https://github.com/microsoft/AzureLinuxVulnerabilityData/blob/main/osv/AZL-92349.json"}}],"schema_version":"1.9.0"}
